Check-in details

Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Your driver will be waiting for you at the agreed-upon location, which will be confirmed in your booking. For personalized transfer services, please provide the exact address in advance—additional fees may apply.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes and shoes. A camera to capture memories, and a big smile!

Don't forget sunglasses and sunscreen for sunny days, a water bottle to stay hydrated, or a light jacket if it's cooler.

Restrictions

Our Tuk Tuks comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 passengers. For safety reasons, infants must travel in their own car seats, provided by the customer. The tour may not be suitable for individuals with severe mobility issues, as boarding and disembarking require stepping up into the vehicle.

Children are welcome. Please note that they count towards the vehicle's passenger capacity.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit upon giving 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us to cancel or request information about a cancellation. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
